Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon 

Dr. Don Heine grew up in Union County, Kentucky and graduated from Union County High School in Morganfield, Kentucky.  He went on to attend college at The University of Kentucky and then to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine at The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi College of Dentistry in Jackson, MS, where he served on the faculty for one year.  He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

He returned home to Western Kentucky and opened the practice in 1988. 

Dr. Don is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Kentucky Dental Association, Purchase Dental Association, the Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  He is a past president of the Kentucky Dental Association and the Purchase Dental Society.  He currently serves on the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.

Dr. Don and his wife, Kim have been happily married for 47 years and have four beautiful daughters and nine grandchildren.
