We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time of service. Insurance

At Heine, Heine, & Bowles Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, we will file all dental insurances as a courtesy to our patients and please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

CareCredit

Our office participates in the 6-month plan only.  You can go online to  www.carecredit.com or call 1-800-365-8295. If planning on using Care Credit the person who is on the account must be present in the office and provide his/her current Driver’s License and be able to sign Care Credit documents at the time of the service provided.
